Shanna Landin, CPA

Recruited from college at East Central University in Ada, OK by Heritage Auctions (www.HA.com) in Dallas, TX, Mrs. Landin was recognized for her accounting and finance acuity and worked herself up to Controller of the largest auction house in the world.

With a move to Denver, Mrs. Landin  became the Manager of Worldwide Production Support for Timet, a publicly traded titanium distributor with $750M annual revenue. She was then promoted to Director of Financial Reporting.

In 1995, Mrs. Landin found interest in the accounting software side of financial reporting. She became the Assistant Vice President of Financial Reporting for Empower (Great West Life & Annuity), an $8B publicly traded company.

In 2002, Shanna became an independent consultant to help more companies with internal controls, financial software conversions, Hyperion reporting and quarterly/year-end closeouts for publicly traded companies. Shanna has been a Project Team Leader for Molson Coors, Western Union, and Resource Global Professionals to name a few.

Shanna joined forces with her husband’s company in 2015 to become a Mortgage Banker for The Mortgage Company in Denver to help more people save money on buying homes and refinancing others.

When she isn’t bean counting, she is a competitor—tennis, bowling, golfing, and downhill skiing.

Shanna is also a court appointed special advocate for children (CASA).
