Mrs. Rice is a graduate of Seminole State College and St. Gregory’s University with continuing education in tribal real estate. Mrs. Rice enjoys being at the lake and boating with her family. Mrs. Rice and her husband reside in Prague, Oklahoma and have two daughters who are citizens of the Caddo Nation.
